This is the FAQ for our Sea Club 2 Siesta Key condos

Is Wireless Internet Available?
Yes, the condo is equipped with free high-speed WiFi. You’ll find the password in our Guest Welcome book at the condo, and in your welcome email.
Do you have minimum night stay requirements?
Depending on time of year, we have a 4-night or 7-night minimum requirement to book your stay. We do occasionally offer shorter stays if there is a gap between rentals.
Is there a minimum age to rent your condos?
You must be at least 25 years of age to rent our condos. The person who initiates the reservation and signs the rental agreement must have proof of age and must reside in the condo for the entire length of stay
Where do I go to pick up a key to the condo?
We offer touchless access with an electronic key code that is reset with each visitor for security. About a week before your stay we will send you an email with detailed directions and access codes for the condo, and entrance gate.
May we bring our pet to your condo?
No, we do not allow animals of any kind. This restriction is strictly enforced.
Is there a place nearby where out pet can stay?

Is your online booking safe/secure?
Yes, our website is SSL secured which establishes an encrypted connection between our hosted site and you. The back-end vacation rental management service powering our online calendar and online booking is OwnerRez. As you move through the booking process your session is encrypted on their secure site. Their service integrates with our selected credit card processor to process your booking transaction in a secure, encrypted method.
Where is Sea Club II located? Our condo is located on Siesta Key along Midnight Pass Rd. Our complex is a blend of rentals, private use, and full time residents.
What parking is available?
Complimentary parking is available – not assigned parking.
Are your condos on the beach – do they have a beach view?
Sea Club II is on the Bay side of Siesta Key – it is not beachfront, nor do the condos have a beach view. There is deeded beach access through the Siesta Beach House complex – about a 4 minute walk. Access is via a key fob. Sea Club II features a lovely lawn by the pool with amazing views of Siesta Bay – you can see boats cruising up and down the bay and may see a manatee or dolphin swim by!
Do you have surveillance cameras at the property?
For your security, there are HOA managed security cameras located throughout the complex.
What do we need to bring on our Siesta Key vacation?
We provide starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, shampoo, body wash and dish soap, so depending on consumption you may need to bring or buy extra supply of these items during your stay. You will want to bring your own bath soap and shampoo.
Do you supply beach equipment? Yes, we provide beach towels, a beach cart and beach umbrella.
Do we need to bring linens, towels, or pillows?
We provide all the basic necessities. All the beds will be made with fresh linens and bath towels will be provided. Bath towels and washcloths are provided to match the occupancy of the condo.
Can we do laundry at the condo?
The complex has a washer/dryer facility just steps from our condo in the other main building.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes, we try to ensure you have everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal. From updated appliances, to dishware, glassware, bakeware, utensils, pots/pans, hand-mixer, toaster and coffee maker.
What common items are not included in the kitchens?
We do not guarantee spices, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, or condiments. However, we stock them when we are at the condo and previous guests often leave them behind so you may find these in the drawers and cabinets. We do not have a griddle or waffle maker.
Do you provide daily housekeeping service?
We schedule housekeeping service in between guests. If you would like to pay for additional housekeeping, feel free to ask Peggy Sue, who is on the property most days cleaning the pool or turning over units for new guests, if she is available.
Is there a grocery store nearby?
Absolutely! There is a Publix grocery store located on S Tamiami Trl approximately 2 miles from the condo. It offers a pharmacy, bakery, deli and video rentals. There are also smaller grocery stores on Siesta Key if you need something quick. Delivery service is available from some of the grocery stores – the drive on/off the key can take a while during busy times.
Are hair dryers included?
Hair dryers are included and located in the bathroom.
Where can I rent baby items (crib, high chair, etc)?

What if we find a problem at the condo upon check-in?
Please walk through the condo upon check-in. Should you notice any problem at the condo please let us know immediately. We want to ensure that your vacation is an amazing experience – from beginning to end.
What should I do if there is an issue with the condo during my stay?
Issues can occur during your stay just like your own home that tend to be a nuisance. In the event there is something with your condo that is less than satisfactory please give us a call. We will work with you to fix the issue for you in a timely manner so you can go back to enjoying your vacation.
Bugs
Our condo is proactively treated for pests. It is Florida, and insects can find their way inside no matter what we do. If you see something, let the us know and we’ll work to resolve it.
Is there a fire pit in the resort?
No, fire pits are not permitted within the resort.
Should we bring propane or charcoal for the grill?
Yes, the grills use charcoal
Can we bring a propane turkey fryer or charcoal grill?
No, grills are not permitted other than the ones provided by the condo association.
May we smoke/vape inside at the condo?
No. Our condo is smoke-free and vape-free. This restriction is strictly enforced. You may, however, smoke and vape outside. We ask that you dispose of the waste prior to your departure.
What are the check-in/check-out times and may I check-in early/check-out late?
The check-in time is 4 pm. It is self-service, so anytime after 4 is acceptable.
Check-out time is 10 am. We can rarely accommodate early check-in/late check-out, but feel free to ask, if available, the fee is $25.
Are the pictures of the condo on your website accurate?
What you see is what you get – there should be no surprises when you walk in the door of our condo! Our website has a combination of both professional and amateur photos.
Do we need to clean the condo before we leave?
Checkout is pretty easy and there are a few simple requests outlined in the Welcome booklet located at your condo. The few things that we ask that you do prior to your departure help expedite the cleaning of the condo in preparation for our next guests such as ensuring the refrigerator is emptied, your trash is taken out to the dumpsters\recycle bins. In Siesta Sky, load the dishwasher and start the cycle – Other than that, no housekeeping is needed.
What if we leave something behind at the condo?
Contact us immediately. If wecan locate the item, we will happily calculate the shipping charges and see if you would like the items sent!
Do the TV’s have cable?
The condo has basic cable. All TV’s in the condo are “smart” – you can use your streaming accounts!
Is a fishing license required?
In general, unless you are going out on a fishing charter, yes. Please visit the Florida Fish and Wildlife website for more details.
Is the pool heated?
Yes, year round!
