This Is Who We Are and What We Do

We are Miao and Chip Whiteside, owners of two condos at Sea Club II on Siesta Key. Miao is an award-winning Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services and Chip is an Information Security and Architecture Manager. We have lived in Sarasota since 1990; our family has traveled to the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Turkey, Israel, Yugoslavia, Cyprus, Asia, the Caribbean and much of the United States, including Hawaii and consider Sarasota to be one of the best places in the world. We have put a lot of love and effort into these condos and vacation there ourselves, our hope is that you enjoy it as much as we do.

At Sea Club II, you get the best of both worlds. You can take a short walk to one of the best beaches in the world, and come back to hang out at the heated pool and watch the boats cruise up and down the waterway.

Sea Club is freshly renovated with a new pool, new paint in 2019, and a new fishing pier in 2022.

You can park your car at Sea Club II and forget about the parking hassles on the key. The free Siesta Key Breeze trolley runs up and down the key every 20 minutes – a great way to get around!

What we like to do when we are in Siesta Key

Whenever we’re here at the Condo we like to relax and make time for ourselves.

We love walking on the beach, dining out at the fantastic restaurants on the key, or hanging out by the lawn, watching the boats cruise up and down the Intracoastal.

Sea Club II brings you old Florida charm nestled along the Intracoastal waterway, with a short walk to one of the most amazing beaches in the world.

You can hang out by the pool, sit on the lawn watching boats go up and down the Intracoastal, cookout on the charcoal grills, or hang out at the Tiki.

The complex is located conveniently between the north and south villages on Siesta Key.

You can park your car at Sea Club and travel around the key on the complimentary Siesta Key Breeze trolley. It runs up and down the key every 20 minutes – no hassle finding a parking spot in the village or at the public beach.
